I had the best experience working with both Matthew and David. They always kept me informed of what was or was not happening. They always answered my questions, took my calls and/or called me right back. I felt that they were always looking out for what was best for me and were always upfront with me. I felt they went above and beyond on a couple of issues that needed taken care of in my case. I would highly recommend Matthew and/or David to help you with your realtor needs. Again, they were fantastic.

Property manager rude. Slow to get things done when needed. Half put together rental properties doesn’t even clean them all the time before people move in. Expects rent on time even though takes four months to get my lock fixed/door knobs in my bedroom and bathroom. At one point I was paying my rent months early until I realized nothing would ever get fixed.
