I lived at one of Cherise’s properties and it was the worst rental experience I ever had. My electricity barely functioned, there was water appearing on the floor every morning. When I moved in the yard was covered in trash and dog poop. The walls were full of holes. The odor in the rental was unbearable. Nobody ever did a thing to help, and I had to threaten to sue in order to be released from my lease and to get my deposit back. This was a two month rental experience. I wouldn’t rent from this organization again for any reason.

This was a bittersweet situation for me as a seller. Sarah was my realtor who helped me step by step giving me positive assurance (which I needed) to sell my rental. All I had to do was communicate, make a couple of calls here and there, and Sarah did the rest. As a matter of fact, she did all the foot work with grace, confidence with professionalism. I had a wonderful experience with Cherise! I went into the home purchasing experience with a very broad perspective of what I was looking for in a home. Cherise was extremely patient with me as I vetted out what I was really looking for in a home. She was willing to look at multiple options until I figured out what was in my best interest. Other things I appreciated in Cherise were her flexibility with my work schedule, her prompt responses, ad her persistent follow through - especially during the closing process.
