Buying our first house with Mrs. Debbie Kirkland was the BEST decision we could of made. She took the time to listen to all of our needs (both me and my husband and that can definitely be a loooong checklist) and waited until the perfect house came to the market.

She helped us negotiate, always thinking in our best interest and got us a great deal that fit our budget perfectly. We can't thank her enough for her patience and attention to detail.
