Showed up 30 mins later than the appointment made, almost hitting a car pulling in. Upon getting out smoked a cigarette. He's been here 12 mins on his 3rd smoke break. Now my lobby smells like cigarette smoke. He seems to be more concerned with his smoking habits then actually doing his job. You would think he would be trying to do better especially since showing up SO LATE but this man doesn't care! Oh and 45 mins later now, 2 more people show up to do a job and very late doing so! Don't call these people for business this isn't good at all

Contractors showed up on site, after given specific instructions, they sat in their truck for an hour and a half and left without doing any work.
