I've worked with Captive Images on three projects now and have been so pleased! I've never left a review before but this was the time because they are truly that good. Captive Images is extremely patient, answers any questions and produces QUALITY shirts, and that is because of the PEOPLE behind the operation. Brandi and Kiki are tremendous. These people genuinely care about their craft and customers, for which I am grateful. When first I went in, Brandi was kind to walk me through the process, show me behind the scenes and explain each aspect of their business, taking time from her day amidst their "busy season" to teach me and answer my questions. What incredible customer service. Five stars. This kind of service is what brings a person back three times in two months. Thank you!

I use Captive Images for all my custom embroidery work and team spirit purchases. They helped me with design work and gave excellent advice at every turn! They set up a custom webpage for my colleagues to order our logo merchandise and have helped with their special requests. If you want excellent personalized service, this is your place. The fox logo on my son’s cap is an example of their work.

I have used them for several years for our screen printing and embroidered hats for our farm. They have always given me the my completed order in a 2 week time frame and they are very responsive and helpful during the process. I could not recommend them to enough for any screen printing.

They are simply the best. I have used Captive Images for the past 3 years to do shirts for me and they always exceed my expectations, and that is a rare thing to find these days. They are always happy to work with me on my designs, and send me proofs to approve before proceeding to make sure it is exactly what I want. We have spent quite a bit of money with them the past couple of years, and I could not be more happy with the results we get. My kids always get complimented on the designs on the shirt, and that comes right from their staff; I get the idea, tell it to them, and they make it happen. A bonus is their staff is always warm, friendly, and professional. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. Use them. You won't be disappointed.
