Billy is incredible! Ben is beyond awesome! Thank you for making our engagement so memorable and special!

We were provided a unique day-long experience with an intimate evening where I proposed to my, now, fiancé!

Our day started with a guided hike with the fantastic Ben. Before embarking on our hike we had a picnic with a view that can't be beat, in the Grand Canyon's less-traveled East side of the South Rim. The food for our lovely picnic was beyond delicious and a perfect amount to not feel like the hike to come was a punishment. We were also provided great trail-appropriate snacks along the way!

Upon arrival to the site of our private dinner, the sun began to set and paint the sky with breathtaking colors. Naturally, photos had to be taken. It was at this time that I had proposed and the moment was well-captured and pinned in memory by Billy's perfectly timed cork-pop. An intimate tent setup hosted us for our amazing multi-course meal full of fun flavors and delectable bites, perfect to celebrate being newly engaged!

We will undoubtedly recommend Canyons and Chefs for any occasion! Family, friends, lovers, or coworkers alike.

My husband and I worked with Billy to plan an intimate and romantic elopement dinner experience in Sedona, AZ. Billy cooked us a delicious custom three course dinner with wine/cocktail pairings in a beautifully decorated bell lounge tent. Our dinner was also accompanied by a private musician which added to the intimacy of the evening. We absolutely loved our evening and would highly recommend working with Billy to plan a custom dining experience!

We hired Canyons & Chefs for an infused dinner for mine and my husbands birthday in Breckenridge. It was an amazing experience. They worked with us to make sure we had a menu that we loved. We ended up having a 4 course family style meal & a cocktail. The meal and cocktail were so dang delicious!! We really enjoyed having Billy cook for us and we will definitely be hiring him again! It was also very reasonably priced for the service. If you want to elevate your celebration, consider hiring Canyons & Chefs.

Private Chef Experience / Chef Adventure in Flagstaff
Chef Billy / of Canyons and Chef is amazing! A chef with a master's degree in geology, he is no ordinary chef! As a consumate professional and expert in the Northern Arizona area, Billy prepared outstanding courses that took every nook and cranny of his knowlege and poured it into each lucious and impeccable bite. Just to give you an idea.... this guy serves his meals with salt that he harvested HIMSELF from a VOLCANO in iceland! Beyond knowledge is the personable nature he brings to the event. Chef billy served us exotic dishes like caviar on a cream puff, baked oysters with andouille sausage, custom paloma bar and manhattans delicately shaved “foie gras” ... but wait... there was more! Including seabass cerviche with apples! His skills as a chef suprised and delighted us all weekend.... but he also got know each one of us during the event. Don't hesitate! Hire Canyons and Chefs for the experience of a lifetime with someone who will also become a close friend! HIGHLY recommended!

Billy and his team are great chefs who are friendly, professional and flexible. The meal was amazing with the star being the skin-on red snapper with pickled lemon rind - so delicious! The Puget Sound oysters were also a big hit. On top of that, Billy's description of each course made it come to life and allowed us to share Billy's passion for food. Thanks so much to Billy and his awesome team!

Canyons and Chefs was the highlight of my weekend in Sedona. Billy (chef/owner) was incredibly easy to work with and prepared an excellent meal with a signature cocktail! I am looking forward to exploring more of his services when back out West-- looking forward to his expansion into Colorado and Wyoming!

Billy was very professional, and the meal was fantastic. He arrived on time, the menu we decided on was very good and he was even able to accommodate guests with a gluten allergy. Highly recommend Billy!
