Had the service for about 2 years. I like that everyone I’ve talked to is local and excellent mannered. Other than that, it is getting really ridiculous how much my internet goes out. There seems to always be something going wrong and the service is extremely unreliable. Very frustrating for someone who makes a living working on the computer.

We are very happy with our service. Especially with me working from home and my daughter doing homeschooling. Any time there is going to be an scheduled outage they are great about letting us know.
