Stay far away - and feel free to call me to discuss if you have any questions. They’ll promise you leads and they’ll deliver nothing. They’re excellent salespeople. Very aggressive with the “1 spot in the program left” marketing and once you send the money to them, you’ll find out that it’s all a scam. We were promised 40 leads per month and we received zero viable leads. They’re preying on lawyers who are desperate for leads. I wish it wasn’t true but it is - save your money and stay away from Brian Marketing group.

Be aware, this company has really good sales people to sell you the services.

We received an email from relocate.com and we contacted them.
Colin, the sales guys was super chill, very convincing talking about opportunities they have for us as a moving company and the great leads they will provide.

We are a multi state moving service company, that was looking to generate leads in several states, locations consisted of different counties.

We were sold on the promise of great quality of leads and the promise of a great number of them.

We signed up for several locations to test leads for 1 month.

Yes their contract did mention 12 months contract, and we agreed with Colin, that he doesn't want to have an unhappy customer, and that he will give us only 1 month trial. If we're not happy he would grant us a cancelation.

After a few weeks of receiving the leads, we realized those leads are not of a quality we're looking for. And we immediately let Colin and his team know, that we are not happy so far.

To give you an example, we book 30% - 50% of our own generated leads.
With Brian Marketing Group and leads from Relocate.com we booked 3% - 4% of the leads that came to us.

Plus a good amount of them was unresponsive, a lot of them weren't even looking for moving services, and instead they were looking to rent a truck or they were looking for an apartment.

Many of them were unresponsive, and others ask to not bother them.

We were supposed to get exclusive leads, which means they have to be first time callers or online written requests.
But these leads were either for wrong service, or a trash leads that were sent to many companies, so many, that customers are afraid to pick up the phone, and were contacted many times over.

Now, we called to finish these lead campaigns and be on our way. Colin had Vince the director of sales on the phone. And they informed us that after one month of trial, we have another mandatory month to stay with them.

The contract is very clever. Do not be fooled. Read carefully.

On the phone, we agreed with Colin, that we only want to commit just to one month, and if everything goes well, we shall continue, if not, we would simply cancel with no further obligations.

But surprise, the wording in the contracts states "Lessee may terminate this contact at any point after the first 30 days with a 30 days written notice.

So now, not only are we not happy with the service and the leads which are literally trash. We also facing a scam of being double charged the second time.

We have been in our business for many years, and usually the relationship with a marketing company is pretty straight forward. They provide leads, when we say stop, they stop. And they don't try to keep an unhappy customer and continue charging us.

With Brian Marketing Group we have 8 campaigns for 8 locations, $18,000 spent, only 3 local jobs booked.
We could say that our sales team suck, and we don't have system in place to work on the leads, but it's simply is not true.

Our sales department books Google, Yelp, Organic leads, referral and return customers.

At this point we are just horrified of the thought, what would've happened if we signed for a 12 month agreement.

At this point we're waiting for a solution from their management.
We're hoping for the resolution of this situation.

We just wanted to cancel the service and be on our way. As we realized that these marketing company does not work for us, and we would rather invest in to marketing

Terrible experience with this company. They didn't fulfill their contract and then ignore email. Really low level operators. Stay far away.

This company is very smooth BUYER BEWARE!!!
I engaged Brian Marketing Group through Jason, who despite my apprehension given my experience with companies in this industry, assured me they were different and would absolutely follow through with the entire project scope. They are very thorough and good on the front end selling and planning out projects and the items needing to be executed for success (Sales, Project Outline). That in my experience was all they were good at.
Everything went pretty smooth up until they had collected the majority of the money for the project. Now I cannot get them to complete the project let alone make the adjustments discussed or actually get some results off of the build outs. I have been unable to get Jason on the phone, calling him at least every other day too discuss where the products they said they would deliver are and when things can get producing.

DO NOT use Brian Marketing for any marketing needs ! For 5 months I was feed every excuse in the world as to why everything in our contract was not being completed. Jason does not have the employees or knowledge to run a marketing company . He sold a company for a few bucks unrelated to marketing and thought he could start a digital agency . Jason is a total scam artist . Simply ask for references … don’t make the mistake I did.

I am a bit of a connoisseur when it comes to marketing firms--especially internet marketing. BMG has impressed me from day one! This is likely one of the only brick and mortar/client accessible groups like this in their industry...in our general area. Many companies like this offer services and interaction remotely and are not even in the country (but they claim to be). Getting involved with the wrong internet marketing group could be as risky as a bad online date. My advice is: If you can't meet your representative in their office, don't hire them. If you are seeking their services from out of this area (nationally or internationally) know that BMG has a thriving, growing, & solid business. Expect wonders for your business too. Small business owners can't afford to roll the dice with their hard earned income. This is why I choose to write this review today. I've been there and done that. Bravo to the owner Mr. Brian, his right hand woman--Trish Murphy, & their entire team! Congrats on your new location too!
