Excellent! Beatriz is a wonderful graphic designer, she checked all the boxes! She is extremely helpful, professional, creative, experienced, bright minded, warm, friendly, proficient & made it a lot of fun to work with her. I am 100% completely satisfied and would gladly do it all over again and recommend her to all. She went above and beyond what I thought we could achieve, she set up my newly updated website and worked to get me away from our old website provider. Now for more detail.

I came across BN Graphic Designs while looking for someone to help me with logo design. I had already contacted quite a few other companies and they either didn't answer and call back or never followed through from the initial contact. Beatriz was different from the start. She did answer and more importantly FOLLOWED THROUGH. This was key. I saw and read ads for cheaper services and some of the companies that answered the first time quoted low but never followed through. Beatriz explained how her process works and asked some preliminary questions to help sort out my thoughts. What followed after that was a questionnaire that helped her visualize what I wanted. The logo completion time was a few weeks and delivered as promised within a few weeks. Another plus on this was that she included various formats for social media, web, and printing. This has come in handy as other vendors have asked of this. The other project Beatriz completed for me was web designing. This also had a very similar process but it took a little more work. I can say I am not very savvy when it comes to web design or anything related. She was able to help out with much more than just the website creation. I had issues with my google business and corporate emails. She went above and beyond with her help. I cannot recommend Beatriz and her company BN Graphic Designs enough. What impressed me the most about Beatriz was her follow through and her communication. If had questions she would reply quickly. Most of the time she replied within a few minutes but even when she didn't her response was less than 24 hours. Simply put, none of her competition came close. As a business owner, finding BN Graphic Designs was a blessing and a relief. I really love finding businesses and people who work like this. The value is there. I don't see how you could be disappointed using this company. The only scary part is she may become too busy sooner or later. For my part I will continue to do business with BN Graphic Designs for the years to come. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
