Fantastic team;🤩 they handle direct mail / mailers, including the design (if you need it), printing in-house, and mailing all under one roof. They've been around for over 50 years, so it's safe to say they know what they're doing.💁‍♀️ Plus, they have access to mailing lists to really pinpoint your exact target audience. I love that it's right here in Lexington - and enjoyed getting to tour the facilities. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but once you step into the building, it is a different world. During that tour, I learned that they also handle stuff like transactional statement processing (printing and mailing utility bills), data processing, digital marketing and advertising as well as fulfillment. It was cool seeing all the different departments working. Their warehouse is pretty big, so they are able to process stuff like merchandise orders, pick, pack, and ship all from one place. I dont need those services, but it could be good for a small business needing order fulfillment services for products or merchandise.

They also have huge discounts for bulk mailing, which really helps make it an affordable investment. I made the joke that these people are printing money because the return on investment is insane with their digital marketing add-on. I've never seen a better result when it comes to multichannel digital exposure, AND getting your message physically in people's hands. At the same time. Mind blown. I will NEVER use any other marketing company for my print campaigns and recommend them to all of my clients. Don't sleep on Bluegrass!
