Very happy with the service. Took their time to explain everything to us and also came back again for our further questions with no charge. Recommended a computer suitable for our needs; service was quick as far as ordering equipment, installing, explaining and following up with us later. We highly recommend JT for the job. I cannot say enough good things about this company! I had an issue with my laptop and needed to work over the weekend. I reached out to them, and they went above and beyond to assist me, so I was able to fulfill my obligation to work. They assisted me with the purchase of a new laptop, mine was done, went over all the options and made sure it fit my needs! They answered any question I had and explained everything that had happened. I recommend this company to anyone, even if you only want to purchase a laptop, they are very knowledgeable!

I have used their services twice so far, each time they have been beyond professional. They have gave me multiple options and multiple price points for each issue Ive had. The prices were all very affordable and I was updated at every step along the way. Afterwards they gave me very detailed information about what they did, what I can expect, and if any issues arise they assured me they would fix them at no cost to me. So far both of my issues have been fixed and have not had any further problems.
