DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company, specifically with Jon, who has consistently dodged my calls, texts, and emails. The items I ordered did not turn out as described or expected. The embroidery design was incorrect—I sent multiple calls, texts, and emails (at least 20 times), only to be told, "I’ll call you shortly," but then never receiving a response. After nearly a month, when I finally did get a reply, I was told, "I’m not really sure what the issue is," which shows a complete lack of attention to the clear discrepancies I pointed out.

On top of this, Jon has been completely unresponsive. I even stopped by the office in person, but he wasn’t there. I’ll continue to visit until this is resolved, but at this point, the lack of communication and accountability is beyond frustrating.

If you’re looking for reliable service and quality work, look elsewhere.

I’ve come to Biz Print & Promo for years to get marketing items for multiple companies that I’ve been involved with. Whether it’s t-shirts, pens, banners or something more innovative like laser cut bottle holders, these guys do not disappoint! If I need “normal” things they get it with perfect logos just the way I want, and if I don’t know what I want they’re happy to brainstorm with me for something truly original that they craft right in the back of the shop. Far superior service over the “big” printing & marketing material companies, along with great prices and that local business touch. Products are always great, but the genuine care of other local business owners really sets Biz Print & Promo apart from their competitors.

If you're looking for any type of graphic design or promotional/branding items I highly recommend using Jon's full service for your needs. You will not be disappointed.

Jon and his team are very talented at what they do. Jon has many years of experience and is very easy to work with.

Jon is able to turn the simplest of ideas into a master piece. Watching him do his magic is an honor. Being able to see a conceptual design turn into a finalized product will blow your mind. His creativity has no bounds.

I also love that he took the time to show me the process of how a sticker is both printed and cut.

This may be a great local company, but they don't pay their bills. It's great to see all the business they do and their customers loving the products. Products, that company's like us (a small business) provide them, yet John, doesn't pay his bills.
