Great food and great service by Macy D. specifically. We eat out on a regular basis and she was the best waitress we have had in a VERY LONG TIME. Highly recommend stopping in for some lunch or dinner if you are in the area. This was our first time here and we WILL be back. We live over an hour away and will be driving back to come again. Note the picture of food we already started eating.

Delicious meal! Excellent service!

Buck wings (smoked then fried with buck sauce) were the best wings I can remember eating. They were sweet and perfectly cooked to my liking.

The smoked chicken and ribs were excellent! Full portions recommended! The only sides I would reccomend are the sweet potato and rice, but the corn, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes are alright too.

My second visit. I really like this place. It's very busy. The staff seems a little stressed, but very nice. The food is good. They ran out of pulled pork by 1:00 pm. on Sunday. So that tells you how good it is. The menu is limited on sides, but to get a better option for sides, you have to pay more. I will certainly go back.

This place is it!!!! Casey is the girl!!! We will most definitely make sure we are eating here when coming through Live Oak! That smoked Turkey was some of the best I’ve ever eaten and those 3/4” center cut fried pork chops just melted in my husbands mouth. Fried to perfection, not over battered either. The sides were perfectly portioned and hot!! Amazing service and family atmosphere to top it all off. Full liquor bar that is not open on Sundays…..Kudos to y’all! No pictures; we ate it all….. every bite. 😁.

Everything was great! Our server Shannon, excellent. The hostess, extremely nice. The food-great! The blackened shrimp, even though they didn’t look blackened, had a great smoky and peppery taste to them. The wings were really smoky and the garlic Parmesan flavor was the best i’ve had in a while. ( I could have used a small container or something for my bones but I just used my bowl that my corn came in) . We ate in the bar area and got seated quickly. I don’t live up this way, but I hope to be back!

I'm always excited to share my wife's and myself experience at a restaurant. Although we are not local customers we thought it would be a good experience trying a new BBQ restaurant. Having said this let's get started. It goes without mention that the staff and chefs should experience additional training. Our meals were average at best and not at the correct temperature. Additional attention should be considering on the greeting of customers. However, the menu is well balanced and within budget. Considerable attention to our experience should be given before a return visit is in order.
