I have personally worked with Berlin Sign Company on numerous occasions, they have been nothing but prompt, courteous and professional throughout every dealing and encounter I've had with them. These fake google ratings of people slandering this business are absolutely unwarranted. For over 50 years they've served the local area and continue to do so in a saturated advertising market.

I have always had wonderful customer service experiences each time I have dealt with Berlin Sign Company. It is clear to me that they value their customers and take extreme pride in their work. I would recommend them to someone in the market for signage.
It is sad to me that there are grown adults here that feel the need to express an opinion outside of that that has to do with the work of the company. This is a business, it is not an annex of the school, and therefore should not be used by any parent at the school regardless of the inconvenience. If you know this is a problem with the school, please prepare yourself for the wait and show up to City Council meetings so you can fix the problem instead of passing yours on to someone else.
For the purpose of this page, I will review only the business dealings that I have had, not my personal grievences.

Horrible business people! Very rude!! Not only has my company tried to do business with them and received horrible costumer service but this morning I had a bad experience. Berlin Sign Company is located next to a elementary school. Today was the first day of school and parking is ridiculous so I decided to park on the outer most spot of their “reserved” parking. I was confronted by employees which were very aggressive and cursing at me. This experience was exactly how doing business with them is!

Have worked with them since 2007 for my family. They have been a great place to take our signage requests. The time front to back and the caring on how our needs are represented in the signs is very good.

This is how Berlin Sign Company treats its neighbors. They allow people who they do or seek business with to park on their empty lots despite zoning issues. They put drunk, disorderly persons into residential neighborhoods. They do not partition their property with a WINK WINK park here, it is the weekend. This is not responsible neighbor behavior.
