I have been eye balling this place and finally was able to stop with the wife on a date night. I try lots of micro brews and loved both beers I had. I forgot pictures of my food because it was too dang good and I sucked it down. We both enjoyed our food and drinks and plan on coming back. Only thing they need to add is an extra bathroom. If you look at the menu, also food for kids!!

We had a good time here. They had four beers and they were pretty good. We particularly liked the peach wheat. The michelada was fantastic. Also, the Cajun shrimp was heavenly, you must get that. Patio is dog friendly but hot!

First time checking this place out. Two blocks off Main St in Fred. Outdoor and indoor seating.

We bellied up to the bar and received service right away. They have many beers on tap, most of which are theirs. We ordered Tres Amigos Mexican lager. Highly recommend! Perfect body. Add a like and yes, tasted like a smooth Mexican lager.

The food was fantastic. Just check out my photos and you can see! The burger had 2 hand patties. I had the dog with kraut and it did not disappoint. I do think that a pretzel bun would take it to yet another level of German deliciousness. But the bun they had was quality. The dog was oversized and smothered in heated kraut, sauteed onion and German mustard. It'll cure what ails you.

We wanted to try something off the main street and not necessarily German. Friday evening was fairly busy. They have a biergarden, inside is very industrial. The peach beer was refreshing as advertised. If you're looking for something simple to go to with friends or family, this is the place.

The only issue occurred as we were ready to leave. We were handed the check but our server disappeared afterwards and nobody seemed to want our card. We had to get up and stop another server after five minutes of waiting. The one toilet for the whole place doesn't seem enough and on your way out of the restroom you gotta focus not to walk behind the bar instead of to your seat.

Very nice place off the main drag in Fredericksburg. Food was very good and service was outstanding. Very casual place and you could sit outside or inside.
I had the chili dog. Very good flavor. Staff was great in answering our questions and getting our food out quickly.

We have eaten here 3 times and I absolutely love the signature sandwiches. Cheesesteak, French dip and Ruben all melt in your mouth! The pork nachos are gianormus! The food is priced reasonable and the portions are large. A much better deal than some of the over the top restaurants that is appearing across town. We are locals and $300 for a night out for 2 when you leave hungry is irresponsible. Belly up will
not disappoint!

Food was amazing and this margarita was on point! The server was so sweet and overall just a crazy chill place. It was too cold for the patio but I know on nice cool night the patio would be bumping because it's just such a fun and welcoming place! Can't wait to come back

We recently visited this comfy brew pub near downtown Fredericksburg. My wife and I both had the Pecan Coffee Porter and decided to sample no further – we were hooked! We liked the saddle up, hand-beaten copper bar, which had a nice ambience with silver brew tanks facing the bar. There was a nice sitting area inside, and the outside seating area was very dog friendly. They had a great food menu, so we decided to place an order to go: I ordered the delicious Hill Country Rueben and my wife ordered the tasty Big Belly Pork Nachos – very flavorsome meals! We fell in love with this place, and we will definitely return – Salute!
