For Gas Mileage Reimbursement: There is only ONE woman, Nina Corrie, who does the gas mileage reimbursement. If you are someone who likes reliability, routine, customer care by a human on the other end of the phone, results or answers, think twice. Due to being understaffed and as the ONLY person on the payroll for this department, she must be overloaded because I can never reach her and she is failing miserably at paying out the money the state gives us to refund our gas money. Not to mention, although I just did (mention), the money in the fund IS for clients to get to their appointments who are on medicaid and need to be able keep gas in their vehicle to make their appointments. It is NOT HERS. So why is she Choosing who she pays out? I have heard this same thing from several people. And she will not answer her work phone to answer any questions or help you in any way. So customer or client service is terrible as well. I do NOT recommend.

Well I've only been. Using this service for a short time and it has been a life saver. Always early to make sure your to your appointment on time and the return is usually fast as well. I have only been stuck one time and that was the fault of the taxi service bay cities used that day and all the taxi services are short handed needing drivers. Very good and valuable service to have.

They're great, for the most part, but recently I did have a couple of issues related to scheduling for someone in my family. However, I haven't had issues besides that and they are always nice. I think they may have someone new there so it can take some patience at times but usually it's a smooth experience getting a ride set up.

I recently had to go from Coos Bay to Salem and it went really nicely. I was impressed with everything from setting up the ride to the person they sent to take me there. Overall a good ride even if I hated going that far for a followup. I was in the hospital in Salem where I got surgery and due to certain factors that was the only place around here that could do the surgery on short notice so I'm stuck going there while I heal up.

She just hung up on me before getting to answer my call. I was on hold for 4 minutes 1 caller in the list and 2 minutes 40 seconds wait time. I just need a ride for my appointments. My insurance referred me.

Nina C at BCB is the best. She is professional and helpful and answers my questions thoroughly. If I owned a business I’d definitely try to recruit her. Employees of her caliber are few and far between these days.

Please hold, press number if you would like a call back and not wait on hold... they never have called me back the 3 times I tried that. They can schedule your rides, but I wish I could just cut out the middle man.
