My husband and I have made several purchases from Awardmasters under the new management.

We love their customized products such as the coffee cups, sports bottles, cutting boards, and whitewash boards. We have a few of all of those in our home, or have given as gifts.

The staff is incredibly friendly, even at their busiest. If they don’t have what you’re looking for, they will try to find it or point you to where you could. The prices are reasonable and the options are much more than just “awards.”

I love that we are able to purchase items for birthdays, weddings, funerals, and gifts locally from a small business, keeping the money here locally and supporting our community.

When I need something customized, from the lovely (etched glass Christmas gifts) to the ridiculous (I totally ordered a Frankenstein-style trophy for our Deviled Egg contest at a Friendsgathering and a Last Place trophy for a new employee) Awardmasters is the only place I’ll go.
There is a lot to choose from, the prices are fantastic, and the staff is wonderful- Alex is one of my favorite people, ever. She the best taste in candles that create an inviting atmosphere, and she makes her customers feel like the center of attention. I’m so thankful Mayfield is home to this adorable store!

Ordered some ink stampers last Tuesday with a young lady who assured me they would arrive by today prior to placing the order. When I placed the order I also requested they send me a copy of the invoice so I could get a check cut for when I picked them up today. Never received the invoice either. Had to call in today to follow up myself as they again never called me to say they were in. The same young lady who originally took the order couldn’t answer me on if they were there and when they would be. Keep in mind that I was assured before ordering that they would be there today. She then said Alex (who I later found to be the owner) was off today and she would call her to see if Alex knew anything and would call me back. 2 1/2 hours later I had to call her because she never called as promised. Now her story is “there’s another girl that comes in around 1 pm I think that can look that up”. I used to travel from Clarksville for years buying my awards and stamps from the two gentlemen that owned it and never had a problem. First time I use their services since new ownership and they can’t even follow up on an order or keep a promise made. No doubt in my mind that this place will be shut down within a year if they treat everyone this poorly. Save your money and buy online or in Paducah as its apparent the employees here don’t care about their customers

Absolutely love Awardmasters! As a coach for one of the local schools they are excellent to work with when it comes time for our award banquet and having personalized gifts for our players. They have unique gifts for for any occasion and the staff and owner are so kind and helpful.
