I initially contacted Ascend Web Design with a company website that was designed in the mid-1990s, and only a general idea of what I wanted to see in a finished web product. Zach & his team walked us through the entire process of website development, and have continued to help us improve the site well beyond initial implementation. I am a researcher that used this company to help with recruitment for a large federally funded grant to assist with recruitment efforts and the experience was awful at best. They produced extremely poor quality images and videos, and were grossly inconsistent with what they told us initially and their end result. I would absolutely go with another company... Zach and Rebecca lack the professionalism, trustworthiness and creativity to successfully achieve what they claim they can do. In the end it was a complete and utter waste of time!

I can't say enough about how good Zach and his team have been. Their customer service is excellent. I was dragged kicking and screaming into the 21st century, but everyone at Ascend has always been very patient and respectful with my inabilities! They are natural born teachers and just as good at dealing with a novice as they are with an expert! Ascend went above and beyond my expectations in creating a website that not only is professional but reflects our practice's personality.
