The best customer service I've had in at least a decade. For as long as I can remember I have not ran into a person who is responsive, professional, accommodating, effective, and also has a personality! Jennifer Tompkins absolutely my whole day great!
I emailed a random email address on the website after hours asking for a copy of the previous day's paper. I live in phoenix and they don't sell the paper out here that we could find. I wake up check my email & Jennifer Tompkins had already responded. Gave me some options on how she could help me get a copy. She said she would mail it to me Or set a aside for when I went up to Flag and could pick it up. I had a little hiccup in some voice texting that came across in my email. She made a big joke about. It, it was very, very funny and polite and got my papers in the mail. I can't get retail/online stores to make transactions no where near as easy or funny no matter how polite I am. She is awesome and I am thankful to have the pleasure of her assistance. Thank you Jennifer!!

I was a long time digital subscriber to the newspaper which cost something like $ 0.99 per month. When I set up the account, I asked to be contacted via email and I received a LOT of email SPAM from the newspaper. What they "failed" to send was an email notification that my subscription cost was increased to something like $25.00 per month! They did send a physical letter, which I got AFTER I had been billed. I tried to cancel the subscription on their web site, and this "required customer service", which took me the better part of an hour to reach (mainly because they are an outside company). Then, I had to demand no less than 3 times that my subscription be cancelled - they kept offering me 3 months free, etc. SUCH a hassle AND I'm out $25.00 for something I hardly used and wasn't impressed with at $ 0.99 per month! What a racket!
