Like your HQ to quickly figure out how to run a business properly. Every Customer Service rep I’ve talked to has been absolutely wonderful. I have no complaints about the small business aspect, but that fact that I may or may not have wifi for a week?!?!?!?
That time is ridiculous, I’m investing in star-link and you have lost a customer due to the lack of initiative on the behalf of the corporation and charging me for the time you haven’t provided your service. For the people who personally talk to the customers, the reps, who have to deal with me and plenty of other people. Good luck with “aristata or your visionary broad band. “ they are not a good company, they can not seem to get their services together or get them to be reliable. Once again THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES are WONDERFUL!!!!! This complaint is not directed for you but for your Head quarters.

the ladies in the office, Michelle and Elizabeth helpful , are super nice,
and are really good at their jobs. The
tech folks are helpful, and the installers are
professional, friendly ,and know their stuff.
The service has been really good,
We have been with this internet for years
