Came in around 9:30 am talk to one of the workers about making decal logo for my business. I already had png file ready .They told me to text the number on the card my logo . I did so and then they said it will be finish around 3pm no later . Came back in around that time and it was a different person than the previous. I ask him about my order he said that he got the text mind you I text them at 10am so he stated drop off the truck and decal will be printed ready to install. The time was around 3pm. So I had to get my wife to follow me back to the place to drop off my truck .Got back and it seems it’s more people than before, I ask about will it get done then ? He ask me can you leave it overnight? I told him I couldn’t because I have prior plans. So he said it will be done at 7pm. So I parked truck in yard and lefted again. Got back around 630 and the truck was still sitting in yard not worked on. I noticed they were working on another truck that came after me . I was confused because I was transparent communicated , text and asked and didn’t know why I was being treated this way to know that in conclusion I’m African American business owner and this company only caters to there peers and friends. I don’t recommend any African Americans to patronize this place , don’t want anyone to be lied to or treated this way . I waited from 9:30 am to 7pm. treated unfairly and waisted my time . Maybe my English wasn’t understood
