We used Mrs. Aggarwal for two years for our taxes. This year we had issues communicating with her, and got our taxes back late, and when we did get them, they were ultimately incorrect and we had to hire a different CPA to fix them.

When we confronted Mrs. Aggarwal about these issues, she apologized, and ultimately gave us a full refund for her services.

While we will use other services in the future, I have a tremendous amount of respect for her and her service when they take ownership of a mistake. Folks who use her service can expect honesty and transparency.
