This was my first time working with a marketing agency for my body contouring business, and unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed. Anastasiia arrived with confidence and a camera, which initially made me hopeful for high-quality content. However, the content produced didn’t feel professional, and she often seemed more focused on her phone than fully utilizing the camera.

For our content day, I expected her to come prepared with ideas on what and how to film specifically for a body contouring business. This is where her lack of experience in the industry was noticeable. I really wish she had done some research into the business I’m in so that she could have better assisted me and helped grow my business. Additionally, she should have informed me about her travel plans beforehand. Her absence led to inconsistency and missed posting days, and I would have waited until she returned if I’d known.

One of my main goals was to build clientele during the month she managed my pages, but I received zero new clients in that time. This was a significant concern for me. Throughout the project, I had to prompt her for content ideas, and the posts created were repetitive and lacked variety. I feel like she didn’t put her all into my business the way a marketer should have. As a business owner myself, I prioritize my clients’ satisfaction, but I didn’t feel that same level of dedication here. Despite being generously compensated, her response to my feedback was simply a thank you.

Overall, she is a really friendly person and very respectful towards her clients. However, as this was my first experience with a marketing agency, it left me hesitant to try another. Please be sure to do thorough research on what they are able to offer in exchange to what your needs are.
