The staff working event seemed annoyed when parents asked about product. The gray event sweatshirt was sold out by 9 am at all tables on the first day. How is this possible? It would be nice to have a place to order these items online for people that have early performances and can’t get to the shop.

After I had an issue or two, the CEO reached out to me directly and did very well in making me feel like I was heard and took care of the matter personally. He was very fair, fast, and assuring not to mention made the situation melt away smoothly and efficiently. I was very happy speaking to someone that could take a difficult situation and promptly and efficiently smooth it over. He was very interested in all I had to say and took constructive criticism and turned it into a valuable learning tool for his staff which in turn gave me a new respect for the company. We both walked out of our conversation with a better understanding than we went into it with. I feel a lot better knowing someone like that is running the company and cracking down on the issues and handling them with mutual respect.

Still waiting on our order to arrive but it was very easy to place the order quickly. Shipping took a bit before it was sent out. Order placed on 4/6 and shipped 4/19. Seems an awful long time to wait to get merch from a particular event!
