Horrible management in the production side , Reed was the worst person to work with , not only did this company failed to do a simple order they did not order any of the right colors for truckers , they ordered colors I never approved, and when I found out I was angry that I already had to wait for a while for them to complete 98 hats and then to see the color was wrongly orderd and they didn’t tell me I have all messages with Reed on the poor production and management was dealing with him; and on top of that once i picked my hats they over 50% bad ,
Meaning 50 quanities were stained with marks on the hats and crooked patches not evenly placed as well as ink marks of glue on the hats and the wrong color for 2 out of the 4 colors
And I had to pull teeth to ask for these mistakes to be taken care of
Reed didn’t want to answer my texts after me asking for them to fix all these errors and mistakes and it never got fixed so I was stuck with 50pc of messed up hats.
I had to go to my bank to demand 45% of. My money back
DONT USE THIS PLACE ,
They only care to make influencers MERCH so if your not an influencer find a better quality production company.

I would put a -star if I could.
I purchased a hat from this company Demoworld, online showing this address purchased it 10/2022 still have not received my hat. I emailed them asking when I'll receive my hat, they stated it's back ordered. Still have not received my hat, this company just stole $100. And not hat! This company is a joke.

I’ll keep it short and real, without these guys (Especially Armen) I don’t believe the kids nowadays even realize the type of hype sold out clothing they would be missing out on. Hands ?down the best branding company in business. It’s 2020 squad, give the guys at APB the reviews and respect they deserve.
Gotta mention they employ all friends and family and I have much appreciation for him keeping it ?

Doesn’t respond to any emails. Messed up on our orders and promised to fix it, but when asked about it - they blantantly will not respond to any emails. They also do not believe in customer service.

I’d definitely take my business elsewhere. We tried to support local small businesses but sometimes, the big dogs are the ones with quality and better customer service + pricing
