This father and son duo running a small town insurance company promise they’re capable of taking care of you while completely ignoring what’s going on with your policy. After reassuring me my policy was cancelled and taken care of, I received mail from the actual company saying I owed them money. Contradicting what this poorly ran insurance company claimed to be the case. They’ve done nothing but cost me money and lower my credit score. I paid the collections $140 just to be done with phone calls full of lies claiming they’re “taking care of it”
ANYONE with a phone or a laptop can do their job.

Dave & Sam have been nothing but helpful throughout our insurance journey. I remember during our first meeting, we were told if (God forbid) something happened during the middle of the night, to not hesitate and call them! Offering up their "off hours" means so much, and we saw that firsthand! When a storm this past May hit our house in the evening, and we had damage, I called Sam well after their normal business hours. He immediately answered and helped walk us through the steps of submitting a claim. (Mind you, this was the first insurance claim we've ever had, so naturally I had plenty of questions.) Client claim experience
In late October we experienced a very unfortunate and disruptive car theft event. Appropriate immediate contact with our agent, Dave Alender, followed. The car was ultimately recovered rather quickly in good condition thanks to great work by law enforcement authorities.
Now, I feel it appropriate to extend our appreciation to Dave and his agency for immediate assistance in this matter and staying engaged to its successful conclusion. From the very beginning both Dave and West Bend were responsive, friendly and professional throughout the claims process; helping to minimize the stress on this side. Suffice to say, with effort, real person to person business engagement can still be found.
