I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I got at this office. Wow! The staff had such great chemistry with each other. They were singing and smiling and it just felt good to be there. My dental hygienist was fabulous, she had great communication skills a positive attitude, she was considerate, thorough and rather funny. I enjoyed my time with her very much. She was from Chicago and I hope she never goes back! The doc is also wonderful and very friendly, who knew I would have such a good time laughing and connecting with staff…. at a dentist office?! Heads up…. The Doc LOVES dark chocolate, and the girls up front like milk chocolate covered pretzels, so if your going to see them… bring them a sweet treat. Thank you all for showing me what true service is, I can’t remember the hygienist name but she deserves all the props in the world!

I just wanted to say that after a rather bumpy start with this office, they turned things around. I had a wonderful appointment today and it was nice to feel that customer service and patient care is their top priority. I wholeheartedly appreciate the effort that the office manager and staff put into making things right. My hygienist was pleasant, kind and patient. I look forward to my next appointment and will be bringing the rest of my family here as well.

This was my first visit to Advanced Dentistry. I had not been to the dentist for a while and was having some dental pain. AD was friendly and welcoming. They quickly put me at ease by explaining everything that they were going to do that day and keep me informed step by step. They have the most up to date advanced equipment and knowledgeable staff. The dentist was very warm, friendly and knowledgeable and was able to put together a treatment plan that would work for me. They printed out my treatment plan which included each visit and how much would be covered under my insurance and what my responsibility would be so there were no surprises. I highly recommend Advanced Dentistry.

This has been my dentist office for the last 20 years. They are always amazing. The staff if friendly and welcoming. The hygienists are all very nice and the doctors are always very thorough and try their best to make sure you have time to ask any questions you may have or express any concerns. They take their time to explain everything so you feel comfortable.

This was my very first appointment with Advanced Dentistry of Citrus County. I was impressed by the welcoming staff and felt comfortable right off the bat! Caren, (with a C), my hygienist, was thorough and explained every step of the new patient protocol. From 3D pictures of my teeth to cleaning them I knew the how and why of what was going on in my mouth! The dentist came into the room, introduced himself and gave me recommendations on how to keep a healthy smile! I am definitely going back for my 6 month cleaning!

In the span of less than one week they showed to be a significantly cheaper option, went above and beyond to make sure my insurance would cover as much as possible, and gave the best and most professional medical experience I’ve ever had. Thanks to dr.H, Tasha, and the rest of their team I was able to have a dual extraction done within 40 minutes and was given plenty of resource and knowledge for all my dental needs. Grateful 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

My experience was excellent. Dr. Sanchez worked diligently to provide the best possible crown for me. Melissa, the tech, also checked in with me every few minutes to make sure that I was okay. A blanket and a drink were provided for me so that my long appointment was more tolerable. I will be back!

My first visit was greeted by a friendly staff and clean office. Once I was seated in the back to see the dentist Dr Goh and his assistant , I was made to feel very comfortable. They showed me care and concern about my issue. Even the insurance rep explained in detail the cost for any procedural plans put forth. Going to dentist offices have not been my favorite but I found myself feeling calm and that I would be in good hands. My husband even made an appt for himself!
