Terrible product of FlowTite that's made of plastic and there is no way to repair and replace if it breaks. Understand it's cheap and easy for the builders to put them in, it harms homeowners.

I have never seen these Pushon valves until this month, Jan. 2018 when my son asked me to troubleshoot a toilet in his townhouse. The technology and operation seem simple. However, what I found is the valves shut themselves off spontaneously causing an extreme nuisance. And not just one defective valve either. Of the twelve Pushon plastic valves in his house, multiple valves will spontaneously shut off. I might assume that a bump in water pressure might push the closed. However, the specs say they are pressure tested to 1000 psi. Not a fan.
