I called them for insurance quote. On a 2020 Mazda, CX5I hadn't had car insurance for a year and a 1/2. They tried to charge me more than the car payment. And they try to charge d*** You're $570 a month. There's nothing but a scam and if I could. I'd report them to the Better Business Bureau for what they're trying to do. I've gotten quotes that were over half that less.

Great insurance company. I had been dealing with the process of letting my lemon of a vehicle go back to where it came from prior to calling and getting help from one of the local agents. She was very patient and empathetic of my venting but because I had already spoke with the manager Sandy a few days before about the same thing she transferred me to her. Ms. Sandy also was very helpful and quick with communication. She was able to get my request taken care of efficiently. Thank you to the acceptance team of 23rd st in panama city for all the help.
