Put in a maintenance request after hours last night. Linnea had Jacob out today to fix our leaking bathroom sink! She is THE best! Jacob was extremely nice and helpful too. Had to run to Home Depot to get some parts, but made the repairs before the weekend!

This is a great rental company. We always hear back on maintenance requests promptly and our property is well taken care of. The yearly survey they do is very thorough and if I was renting my home through them I would feel confident. Jason the maintenance guy is always super polite and efficiently quick. He's respectful in our home and seems to really love his job.

I want to thank the team at Aborn Powers for doing such an amazing job of keeping our living area in top shape. The team is caring personal and prompt in attending to any repairs that arise both for my individual unit and for the grounds. I had the unlikely occurrence of three repairs needing done all in the same week and all issues were scheduled immediately and fixed professionally.
