Terrible, terrible customer service!! We got billed for something the technician did NOT do. My husband called and asked about said bill and the woman Linda claimed the bill was right when the guy never did anything we got billed for. Linda was very rude and even hung up on him. I do not suggest using them for any sign needs. Definitely not going back..

Can't really say much other than the woman who answers the phone doesn't seem very interested in helping you figure out what you need. Felt like it was bothersome for her to have to help me. Finally she decided someone would need to call me back. I haven't received a call back yet. 🤷
