I have worked with SwingPointMedia for the past 3 years. Over this time they have mainly helped me generate more sales and grow my business through email. When I first began, my typical email was a coupon, with an open rate in the low 20% range.
We have grown the database to nearly 3,000 local customers and the open rate has grown now to consistently be 55 almost 60% open rate = more sales and more revenue.
I could not be happier with the creativity of the emails, which by the way, we rarely include a coupon, yet as soon as the email goes out, the phone begins to ring and appointments are made.
Their secret: they write emails people want to open, read and share!
In addition to the email, SwingPointMedia has also created automation steps for me and my staff, as well as built and delivered a new website.

Caution! The non-profit I run hired Swing Point Media (Jeff Harrison and Andrew McCauley) to improve our online presence and provide written content. This was a mistake! They delegated this work to incompetent and virtually illiterate writers and posted material of such poor quality and so filled with factual errors we had to take down the material. Many of our readers and supporters contacted us to report the posted material had many glaring errors. When we complained and tried to work out an amicable solution, instead of fixing and revising the posts, Swing Point Media unilaterally terminated the relationship, and did not refund even one cent of our fees. Then, they hindered our ability to protect our online property and websites, and even surreptitiously re-entered one of our sites, and altered it significantly, without our permission! It took us hiring a lawyer to assure our complete control of our content. Even so, because of their unwillingness to resolve the situation, it required several months and significant legal fees to finally secure complete access to and control of all of our intellectual property, online content and functionality. Furthermore, we have personally spoken to 2 of 3 of their associates who recently quit due to Swing Point Media’s unethical and unprofessional dealings. This has been a nightmare for our group. Hiring Swing Point Media, Jeff Harrison or Andrew McCauley is asking for trouble.
