We have ordered hundreds of shirts from Uth Stuph and they always look great. Always check the proofs well, because they don’t always get it right the first time, but that’s why you approve them.

One order they missed a 5x we had ordered and promised it next day. We got it a week later. Thought it was a fluke.

Placed an order recently, they promised it to us 1.5 weeks later (usually they come in 1 week). Didn’t communicate an issue, arrived late & missing 7 sweatshirts. Shipped us the missing sweatshirts and it’s STILL missing a sweatshirt. We are unable to hand them out due to it being an incomplete order and not wanting anyone to be without until everyone has them.

Update: Our order was a mess. As our volunteers began wearing the, the letters were peeling off the sleeves. Within a week, almost all the shirts were having issues. We spoke with Nate and he is replacing 100% of the order. There was an issues in production and quality control & they are 100% making it right. They discovered what happened & are making it right. Even thought it’s frustrating we had issues, we appreciate a company that will go above and beyond to make it right.

Unfortunately I have worked with this company twice. The first time I did not have a great artist, and he seemed to struggle with simple instructions and request. The shirts to not turn out well at all. After many revisions and suggestions to the artist I felt as though he did what he wanted.

The second time I worked with this company my artist was absolutely amazing! He totally understood what I wanted, he worked with me, and he had great ideas. My sales representative on the other hand was very difficult to reach. Eventually they just stopped contacting me. I was at the point in my process with them where I needed to order the shirts and have them delivered by a specific date. The company stopped responding to me, would not call me back, and it has left me out to dry.
Both times I worked with this company I was very disappointed in their quality of customer service. If you want to get shirts and deal with the hassle of working with people who are unwilling to work with you this is the company that you should go with. However if you want great shirts and great customer service I suggest you find another T-shirt company.

I've used Uth Stuph several times and they are a great all-in-one solution for apparel. They are "specialists" in the church and youth ministry arena but can provide custom Screenprint or embroidered apparel for any organization or business. The graphic artist on staff can create amazing designs from the idea you sketched on a napkin.

I have used Uth Stuph for many years for t-shirts for my summer camp. My rep, Nate, is always friendly and ready to help me with whatever I need. He even suggests design changes when he knows certain colors and processes I've chosen might not look so well in a finished product.
