The best hands down Verizon store in the Valley I wanna gate keep this one but once again can’t. This store caters to the older population and they treat people as humans : patient kind and just caring! I went with my mom and she came out happy as can be and followed this gentleman’s suggestions to contact customer service and she did and her issue has been resolved! Whoo hoo !🎉🇺🇸 Alex W was so kind thanks Adam he even handed out two Verizon backpacks filled with Verizon goodies . This guy deserves a raise thanks so much Alex . As a teacher I tell my students character is everything although he’s not my student he’s definitely an amazing person and his character is everything! Thank you.

Ryan and JeVaughn helped me today. The difference between ordinary and EXTRAordinary is that little EXTRA. They didn’t just go the EXTRA mile for me, they did the marathon.
