Mike is awesome! He video taped our wedding and our rehearsal dinner the night before. He took the time on the phone to figure out exactly what I wanted and what our wedding day vision was. I can't believe the level of service I got and the quality of work for the price. He was so accommodating and really passionate about his craft. I am writing a more in depth review on Wedding Wire

Mike from Video Memories was terrible to work with. He quoted me on the project, and we spoke on the phone where he committed. I sent him the details of time and place via email and never heard back. I followed up on thumbtack, and he said he hadn’t received them so I confirmed his email and sent them again. I didn’t hear anything again so I got him on the phone and he said he would be sending me a contract and any additional questions by that night or the next morning. I never received anything. He called the next day yelling because he hadn’t received a contract or payment. He had never sent them, which I explained. He then said he would never send a contract without payment, which he had never stated and he hadn’t given me a deposit amount to pay. He then cancelled on me with two days until my event. He was so rude and unprofessional that I would NOT recommend working with him to anyone.

I've been calling this place for three years trying to get my money back from a skating competition they filmed. The video i recieved was in a non padded envelope with no protection. It was skipping and cutting out, I called and requested my money back and they said they'd send a check and a new video. They never did. I've called them multiple times and they always ignore it. This has been going on for THREE years, so unprofessional!
