I was in a bind when my printer went out so I frantically when to the library that I had never been to. Alexander one of the staff greeted me with a smile and assisted me without hesitation on a process I was completely unfamiliar with. I had a great outcome and I felt very comfortable completing the task that was pressing. Completely recommend this location.

Managers need to tackle the issues with computers going in and out while doing school assignments and other important work . It's sad that having to use library computers your information is at risks! Then librarians laughing at you when your fed up and have to leave because you've played hops otch on computers all day hoping off on one cause it's down and hoping on new one.

Also it should not matter if person using computer is resident of Clayton county. I have a fine I am paying down however I use visitor pass also pines is in other counties as well.

I have been coming to this library for years. I found the location to be convenient, it's across the street from the Marta Park & Ride. The staff has always been helpful. Since, the opening up of the computer 🖥️ lab, I found myself using the library a little more. One day, I came in all frustrated, due to trying to fax some papers.I was told they didn't have a fax machine, and was given a location for faxing information. The Assistant then proceeded to help me email, the information instead.💯. I also was looking for resources that could help people in need along with pages for children to color in relation to Juneteenth, and the upcoming for of July. The Assistant also gave me activities that I could do with the children.
I have Never been so impressed 👍🏾 by the service. I also got free books for myself, information about what's going on at the library and in the city of Riverdale. I recommend this library to all the citizens of Riverdale and Clayton County. Hats off to the following staff:.Mr.Alex, Ms. Katie, Ms. Amanda, Ms. Yvette, Ms. Mitzy, Ms.Jenn.
