Love this place! They always do an incredible job and the print quality is top notch. I just had an indoor banner printed for the first time and it looked great. So glad to have them as a local resource!

I am sorry to have to leave a negative review, as I am sure the owners are sweet people - but this company is simply mismanaged and does not have the competency to operate at a professional level.

Case in point - we ordered business folders over 4 months ago, and the designer for this company STILL can not get the fonts to match. The first iteration had mis-aligned verbiage!

Today, I stopped by their office to get an update and, long story short, I had not choice but to cancel our order. And, the older lady at the front was super rude...What a mess!

I have used BFS a number of times, always on a deadline. Brett's team is helpful and is always working to ensure that my deadline is met and the end product is to my liking. Thank you Brett for the consistent quality and thank you to Marion for always bending over backward to help us out!
