Terrible experience dealing with BT local business. On 2 separate occasions put on contracts with B.T. which did not match what we were promised. First time eventually credited by B.T. but took months and a substantial amount of my time due to being ignored by this company and passed to various different staff who failed to resolve things.
2nd time sold a 5 year broad band deal by Dominic Heath who stated it would be price protected. This has proved not to be the case. Price went up on 1st bill. B.T. eventually raised a credit but only for the initial incorrect billing. This was passed back to John Hunt at BT local business but the issue has been ignored.

Very poor service representing BT Local Business, incorrect timelines given for leased line set up, paperwork sent incorrectly causing further long delays and they don't respond in general through all channels. Avoid using them.

What a complete shower at last 5 years are up of the worst experience ever!!!!!!!
No customer service whats so ever once they got you in a contract they do not want to do anything!!

What awfull experience signed up for Bt portal was given a phone solution to which the SIM cards don’t work on site as a proper site survey wasn’t done
December were in March and they still have not done anything to fix issue , they never ring back they won’t answer phone , customer waited 3 months and missing phone calls from customers this is not how Bt should be embarrassing no emails no updates nothing
