Location is quite but a bit walk to metro station. I choose this location due to have public baht on top floor and enjoy to use after long walk shopping really relaxing and boost up my feet. Lot of local restaurants in zone, make your choice. All staff are friendly and helpful. Free soft drinks and coffee bar safe a lot, Like!
Room is clean and neat with foot massage machine also air purifier.

Ibis are a good travelers hotel. The rooms are tight and basic but not to basic. The rooms and shower and bathroom were all very clean and the bed was made up everyday. The staff was nice and friendly. Breakfast is included every day. The location worked well for us and is located to many of the subway lines. Lots of walkable places near by. I did not like the pillows and the bed was very hard. If you need an umbrella, they have loaners available.

The best budget hotel ever! We stayed here for 3 nights and we had the best experience. The hotel room is surprisingly spacious, with a bathtub, hair dryer, hair straightener, and a cool foot massage machine. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have a public bath (like onsen), coin laundry, microwave, free ice and water. Special for All Accor member, the lounge is open from 12 to 22.

Good clean hotel with lovely staff, location is a bit away from Tokyo station but close by Ginza subway. If you like a quiet area and close to city this is the place but not directly accessible to stations. Some interesting restaurants around hotel. Close to Ginza central 5-8mins walk. 18mins walk to from Tokyo station. We took Uber taxi few times, 20mins to Shinjuku ¥2k-3k. 5mins to Tokyo station ¥1.2k
Twin room is quite spacious and comfortable. Double room is small but comfortable too. Rooftop area is nice and lovely with vending machine, laundry machines, public bath, ice machine and free mini ice cream!
Love the food massage machine!
Had a pleasant stay here.

We enjoyed the personal touch of the hotel as well as giving us the flexibility of a late check out & luggage storage. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The public bath on the top floor is comfortable, clean and relaxing. Great way to unwind. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel has great amenities-coin operated washing machine and dryer; water station and soft serve ice cream on their top floor; a small sky terrace to relax and unwind after along day; they serve buffet breakfast with reasonable selection of food good enough to fill you up before going out on a day tour; staff were friendly and helpful; we also have access to free soft drinks and good quality coffee from the first floor all day; Our room is of reasonable size with a tatami floor, provided with slippers and pajamas, water kettle, nice quality coffee and tea.
The hotel is also very close to Ginza and close to various stations that goes to various tourist areas within Tokyo. It is also just about 10-15 min away from the station where you can catch the train straight to Haneda Airport.
The price was also very reasonable.

The hotel location is great. The front desk and restaurant staff are friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our time in Tokyo. Thank you to the chef for his Japanese Mayo for our two breakfasts. It was a great gesture for him to go above and beyond.

I am an Accor Platinum member and recently stayed at ibis Tokyo Ginza East, expecting the quality and consistency that Accor promises. I booked two rooms, each explicitly including breakfast, one for myself and one for a guest. However, upon arrival, the hotel’s manager, Mr. Niniki, refused to honor the breakfast inclusion for my guest’s room, stating that only Platinum members themselves are entitled to breakfast, regardless of the room booking details. This was confusing and frustrating, especially since I carefully selected rooms with breakfast included.

At other Accor hotels, when breakfast is not included, it’s clearly specified. Despite presenting my booking confirmation and involving Accor customer support, the hotel still refused to honor the breakfast. It’s not about the cost—it’s about the principle and the lack of honesty from the hotel in respecting their commitments.

It’s disappointing to encounter this at an Accor property, and I am sharing my experience as a warning for others to double-check policies at this particular hotel. This has not been an issue at other Accor properties, and I hope Accor addresses the inconsistent standards here.
