最初商品をごり押ししてきて、買わないとなると豹変する。
服は良いのでゆっくり見させてもらえれば買うのに。

接客が酷すぎる。
店内を自由に見たい派なので、積極的に声を掛けられないのは良かった。
しかし、試着してみて「ちょっと考えます」と言ったところ、手から奪い取るように服を取られ、ガン無視された。
接客としてあり得ないでしょ。
もう2度と入ることは無いし、この店は人にも勧めません。

試着したが結局買わなかった。
買わないと分かった途端態度が豹変し、冷たくなった。

面積は狭いけど、陳列の仕方など見せ方が上手い店舗に感じました。整然としていて見やすい。
接客は各スタッフさんによって異なると思います。自分は仲の良いスタッフさんに会いに行って、コーデを提案してもらいながらちょこちょこ買う形で利用させてもらっているので、店舗全体の接客についてはそもそもそこまで気にしていないです。

接客態度が悪い。
他店舗から新品在庫があるからと新宿を案内してもらいましたが…店員さんに話しかけたら？？？って感じでした。
その後の商品確認は袋から出されたものだったので結局新品なのか不明…確認後、商品をたたんでくれましたが折り目とか無視のたたみ方…
二子玉川店や今はなき吉祥寺パルコ店はとても良いのに残念でした。
