I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! I waited at the counter for service after the employees helped 4 other customers. Was never greeted had to ask for service. I was told I had to pay upfront for my order then got a phone call from a women who never gave her name. Was absolutely rude asked to speak to the manager and she laughed then said he was gone.

THE ONLY ORINT SHOP YOU NEED! I went with another print company for a project and they dropped the ball big time. I was in a pinch and called Conway Copies who escalated and completed the project by the due date! The team had EXCELLENT customer service, called me for faster turn around time in getting an answer, and completed the project perfectly. I will never go anywhere else for my print/copy needs. Customer for life!

Excellent service, very understanding and willing to correct mistakes.

I got some card sheets printed off here about 6 months ago and they came out perfect, then when I got more done just the other week I realized while cutting the new batch that they were horribly misaligned to the point of being unusable. I came in today and explained the mistakes, showed it to them, and without a question asked they re-printed the entire set for me free of charge. Incredible service going above and beyond, and the third set turned out as good as the first

Should I be surprised in this day and age that I was quoted a price by email for a print job, which Conway Copies was able to confirm by two different people, and then when it is time to pick up the order, Conway Copies wants to charge me almost twice as much as what they quoted me originally? The two people I talked to were able to confirm that this was due to a miscalculation on their part, and both stated that they would not honor the original price, even after talking with a manager at one point. I am not one for writing sad reviews, but this sad customer service was worthy to note...

Did you know? Not only can you get excellent copy and printing services, at low prices, but they also have a small creamed corn factory in the back? It's probably one of Conway's best-kept secrets! Come and get your print on, but be sure to ask for the creamed corn. Free samples!

I needed an instruction manual and course book printed and coiled, and not only did they get it done within the hour I showed up, they were able to re print it for me after I forgot to specify that I needed it double sided! Whitney was super helpful and patient with me! Amazing service and super quality printing. Will definitely be coming back.
