Atwill Media has an easy to work with web site platform. which was great as I was not super knowledgeable with the process of building a website and all that entails. Atwill Media was so helpful , they took the time to ask question and to really get to know my business. I highly recommend them, they even explained google analytics to me and how I can use that information to help me understand my customers.

Well, everything was just fine and about to be completed. This week I was contacted by a person named Amy who instead of emailing me, interrupted my consults with phone calls about 3 times. After Kamron provided me with a price of $20 per 2 forms and told me on day 1 all the design changes were included on the $383 monthly payments; this person informed me this week of having to pay additional $250 to make every adjustment and $100 to place the correct design prior to the link of my company. The current image is not the logo of my company. Amy is also charging for the HIPPA content separately. I agree with paying to update a team member picture's background but not to pay for changes that were entered wrong by their employee. I never negotiated with this new person and she came in to change what others confirmed via email to me. Now after Amy appeared I have emailed the 2 first employees I always contacted in the past and they are no longer responding to any of my messages. This person is sending emails from a different company. This is not right.

In June of 2016 Atwill Media built our company web site ( Cascade Monuments & Urns ) , since the web site was active we have doubled our business & exposure. They also do all aspects of our web hosting. We at Cascade Monuments would highly recommend them to anyone. Keatra, our Rep has gone over & above to answer all our questions & needs.
