***Buyer Beware*** Tough folks to work with. After 8 months of effort trying to get things up and running it was time to move on to someone new. I get the feeling they are under staffed as it takes a long time to get anything completed. They would not stand behind the work they started for me and did not complete. landing pages created did not work, wasted many dollars on social media ads before I realized the landing pages were not functional. Initially I was told they would create a drip email/text campaign, after months of waiting and spending money on other products with them, I was told they could not do it. I was told that leads from my social media advertising were supposed to funnel through to my Liondesk account so the prospect could be put onto a drip email/text campaign. After multiple requests, they were not willing to rectify the issue. After multiple requests, they were not willing to provide simple billing breakdowns of what is being billed per month above and beyond the agreed to monthly charges. They insisted on billing for items that have not been properly completed or that are not functional. What I thought were relatively simple tasks to complete turned into complete nightmares. They provide very generic advertising content even when detailed instructions are given with regards to who is being targeted and the niche that is being worked. Constantly had to repeat and spend valuable time on Zoom calls to describe what had been previously discussed at length. If you are looking for a company to setup generic ads these folks will be great. If you are looking for something effective or functional you may be better off trying someone else. They were unwilling to respond to detailed questions about billing or correct any of the items that I needed them to correct on the products for which I was being billed.
