Normally they are helpful in here but today the girl was so rude I was shocked. I asked for a color copy and she said likely it will cut some of it off but we could try. She copied it and it cut it off and then tried to charge me .83 cents. Then tried to argue after I said it wasn’t the product I had asked for. Then she said “ fine leave get out of here” very rudely and walked away. I understand the company is paying for the ink but she should have made it clear I would have to pay either way. I didn’t ask her to try copying it, she said offered to try. Won’t be coming back here.

I called in advance to get some stuff printed and spoke to Heather. Right off the bad she was helpful. I am not good at computers and printing so I was a bit over my knowledge trying to print large scale papers. Thank God heather was there to walk me through and help with the printouts. Truly amazing service and price!! Thank you again Heather. I have found my new printing center.

I have come to rely on Keizer's Copy Cats for all my copy and printing needs. It seems they always add their expertise to my "rough" plans to transform my vision into a more professional result. The fax I was trying to send was busy and the staff offered to keep trying to send it while I ran other errands. They got it to go through and them calles me to pick up my paper work and pay for the service. It was a complete pleasant experience and the fax pricing is better than other places around town. Definitely will go back!
