It's a nice place to work. Good people. Decent pay. Room to advance in the growing company. In response to some of the other comments on here I'd just say, no place of business is without faults. We are all doing our best. The crew I work on works hard, takes pride in their work and always gives it their all. Based on my experience here, if you didn't like it, the problem was probably you.

DO NOT WORK HERE.

During my time here, the current CIO planned on having us perform illegal and unapproved ethernet terminations against internal recommendations from the InfoSec team and a local Fire Marshal. THIS WOULD'VE BEEN DANGEROUS FOR ALL EMPLOYEES WORKING IN THE DMS2 BUILDING. In my first week, I heard upper management talking openly about how to incentivize employees to work harder without paying them more.

There are absolutely glaring issues with this company, starting with a LACK OF COMMUNICATION.

When I started here, I did not have an office, or even a desk. That same CIO handed be a busted computer on my first day to start the job. Not to mention that the management structure in the Information Technology department is just bizarre. We have management on-site, but we report to a manager who is in Pennsylvania? That doesn't make any sense to me.

I was let go from this company because I chose to bring a personal laptop to work and perform my second job during my breaks and lunches, but was accused of doing this on work time with no evidence to support the claim. Seems like I got out of a ship before it sunk.

I spent most of my nights at DMS. I like to call my crew the DMS triple D's. In laser, its quite a place to be in. From the air conditioning being on 24/7 to the 3900s running at full speed can make the room quite noisy and cold at night. My crew, we get a lot of things done for the 12 hours that we are there for. And I get to be there with my old man which is nice to be able to see him around because we don't really spend much time outside of work. Times fly when you're having fun and we always are in night shift which is the reason why I gave this review a 5 stars.

Work conditions are bad, this is basically a sweatshop, you can basically get unlimited overtime is the only reason I stuck around for about 10 months. No decent way to work your way up in the company, unless your family or friends with management. 2 stars if you don't want to work overtime as you may be forced to work some.
