Let me start by saying I am one who does not write a bad review unless it’s really bad. I try to be reasonable and understand mistakes happen. However in this case it’s simply a matter poor business management.

To start, when I first went to order some products and have a logo made the communication was terrible. I couldn’t get ahold of my sales rep to get updates and there were several miscommunications on my order being ready. Multiple times I was called and told it was ready. I drove an hour to pick it up but it actually wasn’t ready.

Next when designing my embroidery products from the logo the thread color was red. Even though I informed my rep I absolutely do not want red. I ordered more and chose a brown color. Got my order. Red. At that time it was immediate point the fingers and blamed the production manager. They fixed the issue, corrected my order and did not charge me. I was happy with that.

I went back to order more. New sales rep as the other one was no longer there. I spoke with Brad. I told him on the phone I want the brown thread color. I also reiterated twice via email the thread color I want. Including the number and again saying I do not want red. Picked up my order, red AGAIN!

Called left a message for a manager to call me, nothing. I finally got in contact with a manager and was informed he was sorry and that he is working with the rep to fix it, still pointing the finger at the person he said they fired even though the last order was placed with Brad. I waited for a reply for two days now and nothing. Not to mention I still can’t use my logo for anything that’s not through them because they refuse to send it in the correct format.

These are just a few of the issues I have had in my experience and to be quite honest I am disgusted with how this business is run. They took my money and have done nothing to make it right. I always try to support local but unfortunately will be going elsewhere from this point on.

Brad was the guy I spoke with. Ordered jerseys for youth football team. First, the initial quote was wrong. They had to "re do" the quote after it being sent to me, got me for 60 more bucks when I went down there to pay for the order. They claim it's because the jerseys changed and thus, the production. I understand, but this wasn't communicated to me until I went down there to pay. And I emailed the new jersey template to them prior to this. Just lack of attention to detail.

Second, they promised me verbally they would be done by the day before our gameday (Friday). 5 business days. Although there was no paper promise, Brad's response to me when ordering at the computer when I asked about this, "yeah, oh yeah." He's going to say he had no recollection of that, I recall different. If I had any indication of this, we obviously would have waited, I would have told my parents differently. My point here is that there was nearly zero insinuation/communication that they could be delayed (idk if they stock the shirts, get them locally, or order them from China). I trusted BNT to deliver and they didn't 3/5 stars that's fine, because things happen outside of their control sometimes with shipping, I get that 100%. What WAS (in my opinion) in their control, was better, and I would say more forthcoming, communication from the invoice to the final delivery, 1/5 stars here. At the end of the day, I had to call (two days in a row) to find out they weren't going to be done in time. He sends an email after I call, I assume, to cover the bases.

I'm usually a pretty reasonable dude, and even with the faults, I understand stuff happens that can't be prevented. There's 100% some things here that could have been done differently by BNT however. I really feel like, once they got my money, they cared less.

BNT did the t-shirts for a fundraising event for me and they turned out perfect and were so affordable. I definitely will work with them for all future events. The t-shirts they suggested were such good quality and are really comfortable. They also did them on short notice but were able to complete the order quickly. Really friendly and communicative staff.

I dropped off some product to BNT Promotional Products asking to have our logo embroidered. After not hearing a word about my product for a week, I called to check in on the process. BNT said that my product would be done before the end of the week. After that week ended, I did not hear any word about my product. I reached out again and finally got my product embroidered. When I received my product, the stitching was massive compared to what I had asked for. Now I have to purchase replacements. I'm very frustrated about the lack of communication and the quality of their service. I would not recommend.

This place really blew me away, what a gem of a professional outfit these folks have going. I went in to have a hoodie customized, with some embroidery type alterations, and they knocked it out of the park. They lifted my archaic expectations away from the 1990's, and provided me with an awesome final product that will make a fine gift, and even gave me a tour of their company. Outstanding job. I'll absolutely be back, in addition to referring others.
