Fell on their wet, slick cement in front of their building on Saturday, November 27, 2021. Received a head injury and other injuries, and cannot get them to respond to me after multiple attempts at contacting them. My interest is in getting the situation fixed so someone else doesn't get hurt. The city of Eugene can't do anything because the replaced concrete is totally on their property. Unprofessional! Unresponsive!
