Took lap in to fix ! They downloaded all old accounts and software thru their router, lost all info and accounte S well as all apps! Total ripoff! Stole all info. Beware! Lost every account and apps had for years !$$$$$

Thought that with all the good reviews that this was the place to go boy was i wrong first thing's first they didn't no what they were talking about said that my pc was not windows 10 compatible and that my cpu was not able to be upgraded because it was soldered in ect they never even checked then they tryed to give me a sales pitch to buy a different pc from them that was donated with no working headphones jack for$450 Fred Meyer had same one that would of came with twice the memory for 10$ more brand new long story short my pc was fully upgradeable if you want it done right go to chetco computers they're way more friendly and actually no what they're talking about.
