Used to work at Acxiom from 2003-2004. Very cliquey and ultra conservative environment. FOX News on every TV. Discrimination galore among staff and leadership! The old dude who hired me couldn’t believe I knew what hominy was since I had no “southern” accent. LOL!! This was the mentality of Acxiom leadership at the time of my employment. Overheard inappropriate conversations about teammate’s sexuality discussed during working hours. Was fired by Acxiom when I brought concerns to the attention of leadership. Probably should’ve taken legal action but I was young and dumb at the time.

Big Data at its worst. Former employee, they disrespected my autism and ADHD diagnoses, I informed management and HR of my medically approved disabilities, I got let go for not performing well enough. They took it a step further, since I was worked into the ground, I was afraid to ask for time off. I had accrued a decent amount of time off which, upon my severance, was promised to be paid out to me. It was several thousand dollars that I needed for my father's Leukemia treatment. He's in the hospital right now and I can't do anything to help because they also denied my unemployment.

Please, if you respect neurodivergent people, do not support them. They only care about their shareholders.
