These people are Amazing! I took my Desktop Computer to this Company and they replaced my hard drive with a Solid State Drive and now my desktop computer is so much faster and better than ever! They even transferred all of my data to my new Solid State Drive and I didn't lose any of it! I was a little concerned before I brought it to them thinking that I would have to sit in front of the computer uploading all 400 of my CD's back onto my computer but I didn't have to do that because when they transferred everything over everything was perfectly fine! I couldn't be happier with my decision to bring my computer to these people! I want to give a special shout out to both Josh and David for all their hard work! I Love ACIS IT SOLUTIONS and I highly recommend them to anyone who is needing help with their computer! These people are really super Awesome!! 🥰😍

Knowledgeable, friendly service, & very trustworthy. Worked with David on a quick fix on our Router. Also, he was very knowledgeable about the current and potential issues, offered a few options to fix the issue. He was able to get it fixed very quickly by remote. This is one of the best decisions I have ever made as a business owner. My last IT support company was difficult to work with, kept very few of the promises they made, and left us in a difficult situation. May 16, 2023 Update: we've now used ACIS services numerous times and have sent countless friends and family members. None have been dissatisfied. Just today, I walked in to be greated by name after not being in personally for a few years. And after learning that there was nothing that could be done to revive my laptop, I got some good advice and some commiseration on a recent job loss. He even asked about my son who he remembered helping us build that computer for 3 years prior for Christmas. I'm telling you people - 5+ stars. Service doesn't get better than these guys. Thanks again, friend.

Our experience has been nothing but amazing. David is funny, smart, helpful, and truly cares about you and helping you solve your problems. He gave us a range of options and solutions that could fit our budget and recommended a stepped approach for things beyond our budget. He finished the work crazy quick - during Christmas week!! Most important to me personally after a really terrible experience with the Geek Squad - he was respectful and didn't talk down to me. Thanks David. You can bet we'll be back and we'll send others!!
